Preparation:
Mix together in a small bowl the soy sauce, mirin, honey and sesame oil and separate the sauce in two parts. Add the vinegar into one part and set it aside because it will be used as dipping sauce. The second part will be used for coating the tuna steaks. Coat the steaks after that with sesame seeds. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the steaks in the skillet and cook them for 30 seconds on each side at high heat. The steaks are served with the dipping sauce you prepared earlier and wasabi paste.
