Ginger Sea

Preparation:
Boil water in a steamer, put the fish on a rack, cover it and let it steam. Cook the fish until it is opaque, a process that takes about 10 minutes. Chop the cilantro and onions and set the aside. While your fish is under steam, heat oil in a skillet at medium heat. Add the ginger and cook for 2 or 3 minutes. But the steamed fish on a platter and pour ginger and oil over it.  Sprinkle the cilantro, green onions and soy sauce on top and serve.
